I love the art of visualization, and I use it regularly. I find that visualization helps and enriches our meditation experience. We will use the power of visualization to help us stay grounded. Energy flows where our attention goes.
It's important to stay connected with our higher selves during challenging times. Guided meditation can be a great tool. When the mind is calm we are able to be more present and experience more clarity.
We will explore a calming movement sequence. This sequence is Qi Gong inspired and it can help us bringing the intention for manifesting better times while being able to live in the present moment.
I have been a meditator all my life. Meditation has helped me stay grounded and balanced through difficult times.
